We guarantee our workmanship with the Concierge Commitment to quality.
All of our projects are warrantied for two-year and are guaranteed to be free of workmanship defects.
While we do not offer any warranty on materials, many of the materials we use are also warrantied by the manufacturer directly.

Limitations: Claims must be accompanied by the original contract /agreement. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, abnormal use, air pollutants, discoloration by sprinklers, acts of nature, fire, flood, lightening or hurricanes is not covered. In addition, the following items are not covered, warping of wood products, inside boards /pickets on 'board on board' style fence, rot due to contact with wet grass or ground, surface rust, and self-closing gate hardware. Warranty is non-transferrable and covers the original purchaser only.
