We are a Fence & Landscaping company located in Kissimmee, FL 34744. We offer services such as fencing, landscape clean-up, mow service, tree trimming, irrigation repairs, etc.

We are looking for reliable, motivated employees who take pride in their work. We are seeking a Landscape Crew Member able to take direction and successfully complete assigned landscape tasks in accordance with project specifications.

This is a physical labor job (it is physically demanding). Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions; must be able to stand / walk for long periods; must be able to lift heavy objects, etc.

Duties:

Contribute to a wide variety of landscaping projects

Take direction and complete tasks assigned by foreman

Operate landscaping equipment such as weed eater, edger, blower, mower, etc.

Assist with outdoor projects such as fence installations

Compensation:

Pay for this position is starting at $13+ per hour

Bonus eligible based on successfully executed projects within budget and on time (paid weekly)

Schedule:

Schedule is typically 30+ hours per week

Monday through Friday

Occasional weekend work may be requested, as necessary

Overtime eligible (with management approval)

Required :

- Transportation to and from work

- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as weed eater, edger, blower, mower, etc.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work a must

Preferred :

- Prior landscaping or relevant experience a plus

- Valid Driver's License and good driving record

- Ability to drive company vehicle, including truck and trailer

- Prior experience in irrigation, small engine mechanics, fence installation, or the ability to safely operate heavy landscape equipment

- Bilingual a plus

- Strong mathematical skills are a plus

Pay for this position is starting at $15+ per hour
